We are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International shipping is available for a $35 flat rate.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or customs processing.

Returns

We strive to ensure you love your vintage jewelry purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and in original packaging.

Please note that because our pieces are pre-loved and vintage, we do not accept exchanges or provide store credit for items based on original wear and tear, as these are inherent characteristics of vintage jewelry.

To initiate an exchange or request store credit, contact us at info@thelabelv.com within the return window, including your order number and item details. Once approved, carefully package the jewelry with all original packaging, such as box and jewelry pouch, and ship it back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued, or an exchange processed, after we receive and inspect the item.
